I spent a few months with the good people of Shelter (In-House Creative Team of the Year 2024, no less), making important noises about social housing, elections, injustice, opportunity, domestic violence and cake.
The social housing film picked up 3 million views, with thousands of people flooding the internet with their pride in being #MadeinSocialHousing. It also won Gold at the Drums, and was 100% directly responsible for persuading the new government to commit to building 1.5 million more social homes.
You see? Advertising can do more than shift phones and toothpaste.
